How long will it take to complete this course?

This is a self-paced course that can be completed in a short afternoon. Each subject covered is treated in two videos. The first is primarily for the executive. We recommend that both the executive and the assistant watch these videos. They’re numbered 1.0, 2.0, and so on. The second video for each subject is an implementation guide designed specifically for the assistant. They’re numbered 1.1, 2.1, et cetera. Executives, you’re welcome to watch these, but feel free to skip them. You’ll also have access to a library of resources to use in your ongoing, daily work.
