How can I best prepare for the LifeFocus Retreat?


Since this is a virtual retreat, we want you to be intentional about your preparation to ensure you have the best and most immersive experience throughout the retreat. So, we have created a virtual packing list for you: 

  • A Blanket

  • Your journal or a notebook & your favorite pens

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Your favorite healthy snacks

  • A Warm drink

  • A candle

  • Your favorite focus music playlist, or feel free to use this one

  • Headphones or earplugs to eliminate distractions and help you focus.

  • Select your favorite comfortable and quiet spot to help you settle in.
